About the Homeowners Association
The Association is represented by a Board of Directors who are residents of the community and who volunteer their time to assist the community through the promotion of common interests, maintaining the aesthetics of the neighborhood, and helping to enhance the values of our properties.

We are neigbors first and Association members second. The elected Board of Directors serve in their positions as residents and volunteers. We encourage all members of the community to be active in their participation, vocal in their beliefs and diverse in their opinions. The result is a high quality of life within the community of Kingsbridge East.
If you are interested in learning more about the Covenants and Restrictions of the neighborhood, please register on the website and then login to access the "Homeowner Resources" section to view links to the Governing Documents, Board Meeting Minutes, ARC Guidelines and much more.

2012 HOA Budget Approved
The board of directors met on May 7, 2012 to approve the 2012 budget. Again this year there are some minor changes within the budget itself but those changes have not resulted in any changes in assessments. This is the fourth year in a row that we have been able to hold the line on assessment increases. As your board, we understand that we continue to live in challenging economic times and we are empathetic to the impact that the economy has had on all of us.
